This auto screen printing system SL1288 (supporting 1-12 color printing) is designed to adapt to diverse container shapes, including cylindrical, elliptical, and flat bottles/jars—such as flat cosmetic cream jars, elliptical beverage bottles, and square food cans. By contrast, the other machine SL1266 is exclusively for cylindrical containers, like mineral water bottles, cylindrical sauce jars, and daily care cylindrical bottles. You can choose freely based on your actual production needs (e.g., container shape, number of printing colors).
Both systems support flexible configuration of functional modules to enhance production efficiency and printing quality:
- Hot-stamping system: Enables printing of metallic or high-gloss patterns for a premium finish.
- Labeling system: Integrates screen printing and labeling into one process, saving manual steps.
- Plasma system: Improves ink adhesion on container surfaces, reducing the risk of ink peeling.
- UV-LED system: Accelerates ink curing speed, shortening the production cycle while ensuring color fastness.

* SL1288 Aervo-driven automatic machine for silk-screen printing of containers in plastic or glass materials, having a circular, elliptical, square or rectangular section with centered or off-center neck,and it is easy for changing different shapes on printing section.
* Shape changeover: 30minutes for each machine,from cylindrical format to elliptical or flat format.
* Linear unit structure combination: option of adding up to a total of eight in-line colors .
* The machine is operated by PLC and touch panel,which is easy to operate with excellent warning system.
* In-feeding parts includes:in-feeding belt and machine hand for side-selection.
* The host unit of the machine side-selection driven by servo motor,rotation for dust-removal of round container and flame treatment.
* Flame treatment for round,elliptical and rectangle container
* Device for pre-positioning
* Second time positioning for printing.
* Electronic lift for squeegee.
* UV curing by rotating round container driven by stepper motor.
* Electronic UV system :device for adjusting light freely(LED UV curing system can be as a replacement)
