SRS699 CNC Container UV Screen Printing Machine is suitable for printing thermosetting inks of various colors on various bottles and kettles made of plastic, metal, glass and other materials.It can easily handle common cylindrical plastic bottles, angular metal sports kettles, and uniquely shaped glass craft bottles, ensuring that the printed patterns are full in color and firmly attached, meeting the diverse needs of different industries for container exterior decoration.
The machine adopts CNC servo drive, enabling 360-degree printing for products of various shapes. Its integrated turntable structure allows products to be transferred among stations like feeding, positioning, printing and curing in one fixture, reducing wear and tear, with a printing accuracy of ±0.1mm.In terms of core drive and control, the SRS699 CNC Container UV Screen Printing Machine adopts an advanced digital control servo drive system, which is like the "intelligent brain" of the equipment, capable of precisely regulating every printing action.
The equipment can be equipped with a finished product inspection function to automatically divert unqualified products. The feeding conveyor can be connected to bottle-making equipment or automatic trimming machines to realize automatic feeding. After printing, the finished products enter a drying oven with a maximum temperature of 120°C and are baked by robots for 10 minutes to achieve complete curing.
